This new intake manifold was designed using FEM and CAD software. The head flange, throttle body flange and plenum base is CNC machined from 6061 T6 aircraft aluminum. The plenum is stamped from .125 thick 6061 T6 sheet aluminum. The runners are 1.625 ID and also made from 6061 T6. Tig welded together. Flange is designed with o-ring seals, included. The finished part is a piece of art.
